Brian Robinson has been a solid but unspectacular running back for the Washington Commanders, with at least 733 rushing yards the past three seasons and eight touchdowns last season. But it's been clear that he's not a superstar.

Robinson's situation with the Commanders comes at a time when Terry McLaurin's future with the team is unclear. The star wide receiver requested a trade early during training camp amid an impasse in negotiations with the front office for a contract extension.
