CTA commuters experienced a significant disruption late Monday as "major delays" were reported on multiple train lines.
"The CTA acknowledges publication of the National Transportation Safety Board's (NTSB) preliminary report, and appreciates their ongoing review of the November 16th Yellow Line incident.
Yellow Line customer Latishia Murray, 27, who commutes five days a week, rides the reopened train on Jan. 5, 2023. It resumed service for the first time in seven weeks after a November crash.
