Mummy Pig announced a new sibling for Peppa and George, set to arrive later this year on the animated UK children’s show.

So the arrival of a new sibling will be the first big change to the Pig family in the show's history. Esra Cafer from Hasbro, the company which owns the Peppa Pig franchise, said the new addition will show the "ups and downs" of getting a new brother or sister.

Mummy Pig says she is a "little overwhelmed" at the thought of having three children under five "but mostly just completely delighted". She also reveals a name for her baby is yet to be decided on.
