SAGINAW, MI — A Saginaw County woman is facing a felony animal cruelty charge for allegedly leaving nearly 50 animals unattended.

Court records show that 47-year-old Ryan Schilling was arraigned Tuesday morning on nine charges, including first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person 13 or younger.

Charges were withdrawn against a Fayette County woman who kept a deer as a pet. But the Pennsylvania Game Commission says it won't give the wild animal back to her. KDKA-TV's Barry Pintar reports.
