Authorities say a Minneapolis man was charged with one count of second-degree attempted murder and one count of first-degree assault in connection with a May shooting at Kelley Park in Apple Valley. Ibrahim Ali Mohamed, 20, was charged Tuesday in Dakota County District Court, according to the office of County Attorney Kathy Keena.
