Traffic on I-295 in Jacksonville slowly moving after all northbound lanes were closed due to crash

UPDATE: 8:50 AM: A lane of traffic has reopened on Interstate 295 near Interstate 10 after all northbound lanes were closed Thursday morning. Traffic is now starting to slowly move.
