With the OHSAA tournament set and starting soon, now is a good time for a Stark County-area high school boys basketball power poll. Consider it a snapshot of what the local boys hoops scene looks like with the tournament on the horizon.

Championship season has come to central Ohio high school basketball. While district tournaments in all seven divisions begin on the girls side this week, some area boys teams clinched league championships last week, including Africentric and Northland in the City League and Hilliard Darby in the OCC-Cardinal.
