A Marine Corps veteran from Ellis County is suing the makers of the online game Roblox, claiming he was groomed and sexually abused by a predator he met on the platform when he was just 11 years old.

Now, they and other families are suing Roblox Corporation, accusing the gaming platform of failing to protect children from predators.

The lawsuit alleges a Webster County teen was exploited on the gaming platform by a predator posing as a child and that Roblox failed to prevent it.
