CLEVELAND -- Myles Garrett didn't get the sack record, but his Cleveland Browns recorded a 13-6 upset win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, who missed a golden opportunity to win the AFC North. Cleveland clinched the win after its defense came up with a red-zone stand in the game's final seconds.
Cleveland went nine plays and 41 yards in a drive that ended in a field goal. After a Steelers punt, the Browns went six plays, 81 yards, and finished with a Shedeur Sanders 29-yard touchdown pass to rookie tight end Harold Fannin Jr. The Steelers trail 10-0 early on.
