Lower Manhattan's iconic Rooftop at Pier 17 is expanding to year-round concerts with new VIP lounges and an impressive 2025 lineup.

Their show is one of more than 60 now through October at the Rooftop at Pier 17, which is in its sixth season of presenting music of all types at the South Street Seaport.

The Rooftop at Pier 17 has become a popular live music destination at the South Street Seaport, known for its skyline views and eclectic bookings.

The Rooftop at Pier 17 is set to evolve into a year-round live performance venue with a custom, enclosed glass structure for winter concerts starting in late 2025.
