Shalom Wildlife Zoo in West Bend welcomed four tiger cubs, including rare white and golden varieties that have gained viral social media attention.

OMAHA, Neb. — It was a historic night at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo in 1990. A giraffe and two Bengal tiger cubs, one of which was white, were born around the same time to two first-time mothers.

In China, a local zoo in Zhengzhou welcomed no less than six new members to its tiger family.

Zoo Miami officials say a 21-year-old white Bengal tiger has been euthanized following a recent decline in health.

The Downtown Aquarium announced its white Bengal tiger died over the weekend. The tiger, Marina, was part of the Downtown Aquarium family for more than 20 years.
