Blake Lively has found herself once again on the receiving end of backlash from Justin Baldoni fans after it was announced that she would be starring in, and producing, the upcoming romantic comedy The Survival List.

Blake Lively's name has appeared in headlines more often than it has appeared on movie screens recently, but she'll be a big part of the upcoming romantic comedy The Survival List. Lionsgate confirmed to Entertainment Weekly on Thursday that it acquired the script that Lively will star in and produce.

Blake Lively is keeping her movie career in motion, teaming up with Wicked producer Marc Platt to set up a new feature project at Lionsgate. The studio, home of Lively’s A Simple Favor movies, has acquired The Survival List, a spec script by Tom Melia for the actress to star as well as produce.
