Emma Raducanu has said while her defeat to Aryna Sabalenka is tough to take, she feels motivated to keep improving having given the world No. 1 a serious test at Wimbledon on Friday.

The controversial call, which Raducanu questioned, was a first serve by Sabalenka at 2-4, 15-0, which did appear to miss the line upon replay. The serve ultimately led to Sabalenka going up 30-0 in a pivotal set during the match, helping her stage a comeback after going down early.

Emma Raducanu claimed that the string tension in her racket was off during the early stages of her battle with Aryna Sabalenka at Wimbledon on Friday night. The Brit was made to play under a closed Centre Court roof because Taylor Fritz and Carlos Alcaraz dragged their feet during their victories earlier in the day.
