A juvenile stole a car with a toddler inside and led multiple law enforcement agencies on a chase that ended in a crash in St. Clair County, Michigan.

Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth was placed on lockdown Tuesday afternoon as a precaution after the suspect from a police chase abandoned their car near the hospital and ran, officials said.
