BOISE ( Idaho Capital Sun) — Idahoans may visit voteidaho.gov until 5 p.m. local time Friday to request an absentee ballot for free or preregister to vote for the Nov. 4 election, the Idaho Secretary of State’s Office said in a news release issued Thursday.
