Lee Bright wins special election for SC Senate seat
SOUTH CAROLINA (WSPA) — The results are clear from Tuesday’s special election — Lee Bright is heading back to the South Carolina Senate to represent District 12. He won with 68.43% of the vote, while the remaining 31.57% of the vote went toward write-in ballots.
The South Carolina House District 21 and Senate District 12 seats, covering parts of Greenville and Spartanburg Counties, will come to an election until 7 p.m.
