Netflix broke a record with one of its Christmas Day NFL games this year. 27.5 million viewers tuned in for the livestream of the Minnesota Vikings-Detroit Lions game according to Nielsen, marking the most-streamed NFL game in U.S. history.
The impressive feat was accomplished nearly 40 years ago by Hall of Famer Tim Brown, who totaled 2,317 all-purpose yards as a rookie with the Los Angeles Raiders in 1988. Dike currently leads all NFL players in all-purpose yards and also ranks among the league’s top three in both kick and punt return yards.
The Broncos helped Sean Payton accomplish something only Bill Belichick has done before, with their 13th win of the season. Payton and Belichick are now the only two coaches in NFL history who have had 13 wins in five different seasons.
Pittsburgh is 0-4-1 in their five games in those situations, including the 13-6 loss to the Browns on Sunday. This is the longest streak of losing those games in NFL history, a putrid stat the Steelers and Mike Tomlin would want to scrub off their resumes.
