A former NYPD youth outreach officer who bought a house in Texas near a minor he was sexually abusing was sentenced Thursday to 40 years in prison. The ex-officer, Staten Island native Christopher Terranova, 35, was found guilty of sexual exploitation and coercion of minors, among other crimes.
