Greg Snow, who has been serving as interim police chief since May of 2024, was named permanently as Midland's police chief.

Midland City Leaders announced that Greg Snow has been selected to serve as the new Chief of Police; a role he’s filled as interim since former chief, Seth Herman, left Midland for Lubbock in May of last year.

Greg Snow, a local Midlander, is named the 12th chief of the Midland Police Department, recognized for reducing crime and community commitment.
