Three tickets sold in New Jersey missed winning the Powerball jackpot by only one white ball on Saturday, Aug, 9.

A Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in New Jersey for Monday’s lottery drawing, along with another ticket worth $50,000. The lucky Powerball ticket was purchased at Minit Mart on the 300 block of Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights, Bergen County, lottery officials said. It matched five numbers but not the Powerball.

In Ocean County, a Crossword Bonanza scratch-off ticket hit for $25,000. It was sold at the Wawa on Fischer Blvd. in Toms River. And, a Bingo Times 101 scratcher, worth $10,000, was sold at Hometown Food Mart in Toms River.

No one hit the Powerball jackpot on Wednesday night, but four tickets won $1 million including one sold in New Jersey.
