Like other squads around the NFL, the Houston Texans are heading into their final preseason game with players fighting for a coveted spot on the 53-man roster.ABC13's "Countdown to Kickoff" has a look this week at who to watch for on the field when the Texans face the Detroit Lions on the road.

The Houston Texans are busy preparing for the opening game of the NFL season on Sept. 7. The preseason is all about ensuring a team is ready to fire on all cylinders to begin the new season, and a big part of that is making sure the vibes are right.
