Tottenham continued its flying start to the Premier League season under new coach Thomas Frank as Brennan Johnson and Joao Palhinha secured an impressive 2-0 victory at Manchester City.

Spurs have proven somewhat of a bogey team for Pep Guardiola over the years, and last year ran out stunning 4-0 winners at the Etihad Stadium in what was the first real sign that something was not quite right with City. It was a second win in four trips to the Eithad for Spurs, and they also produced a fine 3-3 draw between the pair.
