SpaceX launched another batch of its Starlink internet satellites from California's central coast today (Jan. 24). A Falcon 9 rocket carrying 23 Starlink craft lifted off from Vandenberg Space Force Base today, at 9:07 a.m. EST (1407 GMT; 6:07 a.m. local time).

About eight minutes later, the first stage returned to Earth and touched down in the Pacific Ocean on the SpaceX's drone ship "Of Course I Still Love You." The upper stage carried the satellites to low Earth orbit 61 minutes after liftoff.

SpaceX has successfully launched its newest round of Starlink satellites into Earth's lower orbit from a Falcon 9 rocket. Twenty-one total satellites were onboard, and 13 of them have direct-to-cellphone capabilities.
