DETROIT, MI - A 16-year-old was shot and killed by police Thursday night, July 3, after allegedly shooting an officer in the area of Neff Street and Conner.

Two 18-year-olds and one 17-year-old are in critical condition after being shot on Saturday, July 5 in Detroit, police said.

Police say the suspect who was killed was identified as 16 years old. The officer was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the hand.
