I stopped out to Garland City Beer Works in Watertown. A rustic and inviting brewery with good beers and good food. What’s really impressive to me is that they’re using a grill works setup in their kitchen and cooking with open fire. That’s super impressive to me…and they’re using local beef in the burgers.
