A SEPTA bus got stuck and needed to be towed after it drive into freshly poured concrete along a South Philly roadway on Thursday. According to SEPTA officials, an investigation is ongoing after a detour was underway along the 1500 block of South 8th Street after concrete work was done on the roadway. As could be seen on video obtained by NBC10, several people moved barriers along the roadway at about 7:24 p.m., on Thursday, to allow the bus to travel through. However, once the bus moved over th
