Where is the intensity when it comes to training? Momentum and forced reps are OK, as long as you have the basics down for proper form. The old school bodybuilders trained like ANIMALS and looked phenomenal. Meanwhile, fitness influencers today are out here measuring the angle of the extension of their triceps pushdown.
