Τα πιο εύκολα τηγανοψωμα 🫶🏼 Για τη ζύμη : 320 γρ αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι 100 γρ αγελαδινό γιαούρτι(ΟΧΙ στραγγιστό) 120 ml χλιαρό νερό • Ανακατεύουμε το αλεύρι με το αλάτι σε ένα μπολ.Προσθέτουμε το γιαούρτι και το νερό και ζυμώνουμε μέχρι να ενωθεί η ζύμη,η οποία κολλάει λίγο και είναι οκ. Την αφήνουμε σκεπασμένη για 15 λεπτά να ξεκουραστεί.Στη συνέχεια τη χωρίζουμε σε 8 ίσα κομμάτια,τα πλάθουμε μπαλάκια,αλευρώνουμε τον πάγκο και τα ζυμαράκια όταν χρειάζεται κα
