Every year, IDF Chief Cantor, Lt. Col. Shai Abramson שי אברמסון sings the El Malei Rahcamin prayer at The March of the Living and touches its large audiences. This year, in light of the cancellation of the traditional ceremony and its transition to a digital broadcast, the March of the Living has asked Lt.
