There’s a lot packed into this reel and I’m sure I skipped a lot of details. Feel free to ask questions! This is a hollow mold and it was tricky to make it thick enough to carve yet thin enough to be light weight. The length of time the slips sits in the mold determines the thickness, I landed on 10 mins. At the finish, it’s approximately 8 oz and measures 4x4 inches. There was so much learning in this process! I still have a few ornaments in my shop, so feel free to check out the other designs
