Replying to @lindsayann1996 Fetal hydrops/hydrops fetalis is not actually a disease but it does indicate that there are fetal complications present. It is defined as having excess fluid in 2 or more areas on the fetus, like a pericardial effusion, plural effusion, ascites, general edema, enlarged placenta, polyhydramnios or hepatomegaly. It will be fatal if it is untreated and the earlier that it is seen in pregnancy, the worst the outcome is. #greenscreen #ultrasound #ultrasoundtech #medicine #
