Ofada sauce also known as ayamase stew or designer stew is a delicious Nigerian stew eaten with Ofada rice, white rice, bread, yam, sweet potatoes and alot more. It is cooked with palm oil(bleached palm oil), green tomatoes and pepper i.e scotch bonnet pepper, bell peppers. And other ingredients such as Iru(locust beans), Panla fish(roasted hake), roasted mackerel and meat of your choice. For this recipe, I used Goat meat (agemawo) so I didn't have to use ponmo.
