No Peek Chicken Recipe! So easy to make and the whole family will love! Just place everything in a baking dish, bake and enjoy! Ingredients: (2) 10 oz cream of chicken soup 2 cups chicken stock 1 oz onion soup mix 2 cups rice Salt and pepper (optional) 2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts Instructions: Combine cream of soups, chicken stock, onion soup mix and rice in a bowl. Pour into the casserole dish. Season chicken with salt and pepper (if desired) and place it on top of the rice mixture.
