Ingredients: 3.5 Tbsp (50g) Butter 1qt (1l) Milk 1 Vanilla bean (1 tsp Extract) 1 Lemon Peel 1 1/4c (230g) Semolina 6 Eggs 1 ½ c (310g) Sugar 1c (250g) Ricotta Powdered sugar and Lemon for garnish Recipe: -Heat the butter, milk, lemon peel, salt and vanilla to a simmer. -Remove the solids.
