Umqombothi Brewing Process
This is how we make Umqombothi at home. This process takes 4- 5 days at home , i don’t know about you. NB We all have different ways and techniques to make Umqombothi and this is our way at home. What’s yours? RECIPE 1.Ugrabha (this is yellow maize using machine to grind it, not store bought. You can use store bought maize meal as it also works. 2. INKODUSO- sprouted maize ( use King Korn Mtombo, which you can buy at any grocery store) 5kg grabha / maize meal. 3kg inkoduso (king Korn Mtombo). Wa
